Next week, from June 15th to June 21st, is Marauders Appreciation week. It’s one week to show just how much you love the Marauders! You can make graphics, playlists, headcanons, fics, drabbles, etc. Anything that shows your appreciation for these characters and the era. I’d love to see some original fancasts, AUs, and more love for the less popular characters too! During the week we’ll have different themed days for those of you who need a little guidance, but feel free to make anything you want!

MARAUDERS APPRECIATION WEEK, DAY ONE: One Order Member

Remus was always the most realistic of the Marauders. He was only five years old when he discovered that the world was nothing like a fairytale. At first Remus was excited to be a werewolf; that only lasted until his first full moon. The sour taste of reality (along with his torturous transformation) changed the young Lupin, but it also helped him to see the world much clearer. Remus always saw things exactly as they were, and for exactly what they meant. That trait would come to help him when the war came.
