TORTURE

“If pain must come, may it come quickly. Because I have a life to live, and I need to live it in the best way possible. If he has to make a choice, may he make it now. Then I will either wait for him or forget him.”

I am terrified by this dark thing that sleeps in me.

We must understand that sadness is an ocean, and sometimes we drown, while other days we are forced to swim.

“Something in me wants more. I can’t rest.”

“I take great care of myself by carefully shutting myself away.”

“Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes, but when you look back, everything is different?”

“Charm me. Furiously. Torment me. In detail.”

“But I believe in true love, you know? I don’t believe that everybody gets to keep their eyes or not get sick or whatever, but everybody should have true love, and it should last at least as long as your life does.”
