no… nope. nuh uh. suck my ASS. if you don’t care it’ll get WORSE. don’t care about the petty shit like people saying shit like ‘lol u suck’ once. but if someone’s HARASSING YOU, USING SLURS, ANYTHING THAT MAKES ANYONE FEEL UNSAFE then SAY SOMETHING. care. it’s absolute bullshit that I, a FIFTEEN YEAR OLD, have more concept of this than a ton of tumblr. not caring leads to harmful behavior, care about what really matters. the only thing you should be over looking is petty and non-harmful behavior. and even then it should be noted because petty and non-harmful can QUICKLY turn to harmful and real as hell. so how about we make 2016 the year to not ignore issues but MAKE THEM MATTER.

huge posts saying “lol just don’t care!!!!” really fucking harm people with anxiety, select PDs, depression, other mental illnesses, people who are empaths, and neurotypical people with self-esteem problems.

there’s no need to someone feel worse by saying “um, but have you tried not caring?”. that’s like telling little kids to “just ignore” bullying in school. it doesn’t fucking work.

if you can ignore it? great! power to you. delete that message (and for the love of god don’t post something like “@ anon i deleted that!!!” because honestly if you truly didn’t care you wouldn’t be posting about it at all), don’t be friends with bad people, all that stuff. but if you can’t ignore it, and if you can’t get out of a toxic situation, please know that there is nothing wrong with you.
