I just want to dive in the heart of misery... 

For my wife who requested it: Angelina Jolie in the movie By the Sea. I haven’t drawn much lately and then I just had to choose an impossible reference pic. Those sunglasses drove me mad and miserable, and so I got that song by The Rasmus stuck in my head.

Sense and sensibility

Haven’t painted with watercolors for ages. It was a lot of fun, though, so maybe I’ll try to improve my skills.

Skin as hard as a diamond 

(There’s a vague idea of a story hanging just out of my reach. Drawing some concepts helps me to figure out its form.)

After watching the first season I’m in love with Penny Dreadful and Vanessa Ives. Especially Vanessa Ives. I was expecting simply some cool vampire fights, pretty women and nice dresses, but it turned out to be actually good. I have my doubts, though, that the greatness won’t last, but I’m gonna enjoy it as long as it does.
