674 | Preparing for my trial practice final with a nice heaping bowl of donut holes. This case file was about 130 pages and I actually had FUN reading through it. But it was only after annotating it extremely extensively that I realized I shouldn’t have written in it at all because now I can’t submit any of these documents into evidence and now have to find clean copies somewhere 😅

Guys! I’ve finished my second year of med school! And I can’t believe that at this point, I’m actually among the top 3% of my semester! 

679 | Today I’m feeling the millennial burnout. I only had to go to school for a few hours for a handful of meetings and a short work shift, but then afterward I ran around doing all of the errands I’ve been neglecting (including an appointment to check my blood pressure - turns out constant stress is bad for your health!!) and they took about seven hours. I’m tired from the effort. But hey, one of the errands was to finally use a coupon I’ve had forever for a free loaf of bread from a local bakery, so at least now I have fresh bread.

i was supposed to drive back to lubbock today but something came up and i was able to spend an extra day at home! i just chilled out and worked on my studio assignments and now i’m going to have some indian food and hang out with my family. i’m def not ready for spring break to be over but it’ll be good to get back into the swing of things at school!

also, i’m really excited to get back into being active with this blog i hope that it keeps me organized and motivated with my work, because that’s the whole reason we start studyblrs in the first place, right?
