“They both look good on you.”

Jace pushed the cart through the isle looking around confused before looking down at the little four year old girl in the cart, “What do you mean you want those? Aren’t they full of sugar or something?” He said holding up Fruit Rollups, “Lyla your mom sent me for snacks and specifically said nothing too sweet. Don’t little kids like.. Vegetables or something?” He groaned rubbing at his forehead when she grabbed at the box holding it close to herself. He was completely at a loss for what to do and ready to just give into the little girl before turning to the person walking next to him, “Hey, do you think a four year old needs Fruit Rollups or carrots?”

“I think they need both. If you’re gonna make her eat something she doesn’t like might as well reward her for it.”

“My blind date. I told you about it yesterday, remember?”

“Oh shit, I forgot.”

“I love Tree Hill for the simple fact that when I look up I see beautiful stars sparkling back at me. God, LA is not like this at all.”

“Oh -- you’re from LA? That’s cool.”

“Blue or black? I dunno.”

“I like black better, but what are we talking about here?”

If there’s no alcohol in that cup, keep on walking.
