Summer is also great. She's more bastard than Morty but less bastard than Rick, so she rounds out their dynamic.

He's so happy his best friend is alive. Then his best friend tries to kill him. I'm shattered. Rick NEEDS to turn PP back into BP next season.

Rick was really ready and willing to die by his best friend's hand. Rick has defied death more times than anyone can count, but here he was, defeated, and he knew it, and he accepted it.

THIS IS THE FINALE WE DESERVED. THIS EPISODE WAS EVERYTHING WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR (minus evil Morty but honestly that would've been too much for our minds to handle with everything else going on). We got:

I seriously cannot believe this episode was real, it was perfect. I'm sorry Tales From the Citadel, you slide into my #2 favourite episode spot. What an amazing ending to the season, now I need to go cry and see about that medically induced coma they wouldn't let me do after last season.
