some of these are mine, some i found on different websites, some are from my friends.
1. if you know you have no self control make sure everything you can binge on is hidden.
2. don’t weigh yourself after a meal, that’s not your actual weight. you’ll only feel bad about yourself and probably eat even more.
3. always have your safe food hidden somewhere. when you feel like binging eat that instead.
4. don’t use thinspo as your lockscreen.
5. also do not weigh yourself after drinking water or anything else.

7. don’t skip breakfast so you don’t eat as much after.
9. do not check labels in front of others/ comment on what people are eating/ how much calories are they eating etc.
even if thats not your intention, the people around you might develop an eating disorder too.
10. tea is your best friend.
try replacing coke, monster and other drinks with tea, it’s way better for you.
11. its better to eat when you’re out. i know it is hard. order something low cal and restrict before, so your friends/so/family dont get suspicious.
12. if you hate exercising, just walk everywhere instead of taking a taxi or the bus.
13. best app for step counting - steps app
use it, you burn a lot of calories by walking too.
14. if you binge when you’re feeling sad or stressed, find something low cal, but still tasty. let’s face it, a lot of stuff that’s low cal tastes like shit. find something tasty to eat or try finding a healthier alternative for your high calorie meals, so you won’t feel that bad after binging.
for example i used to hate salads but now i found a recipe that turned them into my binge food.
15. avoid using laxatives, they can put you in embarassing situations.
try not to chew gum on an empty stomach.
17. it’s ok to eat a little more on your period.
18. always keep a bottle of water next to you.
19. sometimes watching mukbangs or food in general only makes the hunger worse.
20. be careful where you leave your food diary.
