A homemade cheese sauce for Mac and cheese

Take a pot and set it on the stove and set the stove to medium heat, then once heated put 2 tablespoons of butter in the pot and melt it.

Once melted get mix 3 tablespoons of flower into the butter until you have a paste, then slowly add in 1 1/2 cups of milk, adding half a cup at a time then mixing until the milk and paste have properly combined.

Once all the milk is added and properly mixed you should have a nice sauce base, with this you take 8 Ounces of cheese and shred it. (If you can, a fine shredding works wonders) Once you've shredded your cheese set the stove to a low heat and slowly add the cheese, stirring while it melts into your base.
