Regarding Aemond. I think his and Rhaenaâs arcs are two of the ones that frustrated me the most because they had ample opportunity to do something paralleled and interesting with these two characters. If Rhaena dedicated herself to hunting Aemond as penance, (the boy whose dragon she once felt entitled to, who both gained a dragon a great personal cost), imagine if there had been a confrontation with those two characters. Also, they both shared a ghost in common. Luke! Rhaena grew up with Luke. Aemondâs spiral started with Luke. It was a near perfect through line and even if it made little sense logistically it would have made their stories FAR more interesting.
