              This was a lot more DIFFICULT than he had imagined it to be. He never even considered the POSSIBILITY of coming back here in the past two years, it took Dick a lot of time to finally be at peace with his past, something he could have explained but never found the strength to do so. After DISAPPEARING the way he did he’s not sure if he’s even welcomed to visit, but he made the decision to try and talk things out with Bruce, he OWES him that at least.

bruce thinks about it for a moment, he doesn’t say anything to alfred but, as always, the old man can read him like an open book. the bat walks quietly to the entrance and waits. his mind thanks the moment dick waits in the car, it has been only a couple of years and still he can easily see this is not the same boy he saw the last time, still, he doesn’t know if that’s good or not. the hands on his pockets help him to hide the nervousness, and when dick finally approaches to him, the straight face appears too. — passing by, huh? - he can’t help but raise an eyebrow, his mind reminds him to be nice, or not an asshole at least. that thought helps him to smile, looking at the boy. — this will awlays be your home, richard. you can come any time. - it has been two years, why should he hold this words?  —it’s nice to see you again.
