Guys my weight this morning was 121.4 but when I just weighed myself it was 121kg!!! I know I have a long way to go but im so excited. All I had was 140 grams of shrimp, some gum, ice cream and almost 100 oz of water!! In total I stayed under 500 calories! Im so proud of myself!
