Just finished reading Ray Kroc’s book on McDonald’s. The food is sh*t but business is genius. Jogging through #London so many sights. It was ironic how I came across this as I was listening to Great By Choice, Jim Collins. The research identified a trait which many successful companies apply which is fire bullets, then fire cannonballs. Ultimately what he was saying is to take low risk opportunities, many times.
