#If I don't die in a way where my head is at least severely damaged if not obliterated I'll be really really disappointed

Really wish I knew the rules for the entities I'm so paranoid of but they don't exist within any mythology so there's nothing I can research. Anything I can do to ward them off is already contained inside my head because logically I know that's where they are. But they feel like an external presence. They feel more like a universe leak, like I'm seeing through a little bit into the same coordinates of a different world. Even though I don't actually see them. I just know they're there.

#They don't like light they can't exist within light. But if there are shadows or invisible areas where the light foes not touch they can.#And the second the lights are out it is free reign for them absolutely anywhere #They like to follow me and hide behind corners and wait for me though #I just wish I could make a talisman to hang on my door to keep them out but nothing works for them for the aforementioned reasons

I have got to stop my researching fits ugh

#Was up till 4am last night researching things I will not disclose #I think it's really interesting that I. Really do have the obsession about health issues but it's not in the way where I'm scared to have it #I already know there's something wrong with me but my perception of symptoms shifts and it's hard to find good descriptions and #It's so easy to trick yourself into believing things #I very rarely believe myself anymore #But I can't stop researching because I need to solve it and even if Im 98% sure (like in this case)#it still feels like there's more to be discovered and I'm scared I'm missing some crucial piece or that I'll find something game changing #I don't even know what I'm looking for #I think I have to wait at least 2 weeks before I can get counsel on this and it's going to drive me nuts #It already has been every day for close to a week #I keep getting focused on things that fill my entire brain and I have to think about them and mold my reality and perception to them #And then a few days later I move on to something else #They cycle through though almost all of them repeat in some form or another #Lately it's been medical moral and existential #Oh and sexual. Because of course.#Medical sends me down sexual and vice versa and sexual sends me down moral and moral just appearss on its own anyway #I can't tell how guilty I should feel for accidentally stealing ¢50 like 3 weeks ago because I misunderstood a question #But I keep thinking about it every day and I need to pay it back somehow because I feel terrible
