knee pain going away after like 10 mins

For 3 days every time I took a shower (roughly a 30 mins saturation session), and by day 2 a random girl blurted out “hey, you’re gorgeous!” before taking my order. Then today a girl I’ve heard of but never met smiled and said “omg I’m so excited to meet you!” And THEN I heard through the grapevine that a girl told one of my family members that I’m “so approachable” and “easy to talk to” and she’s “grateful for my friendship.”

a few days ago me and my SP got into the most disgusting, messy fight.

the kind that makes your stomach drop.

the kind where you sit there like… “yeah this is over.”

i felt hopeless.

i questioned if ANYTHING was working.

i cried. i called my friends.

i even called him and yelled at him.

i reacted. heavily.

and for a moment?

i genuinely believed nothing could change.

but here’s the thing.

i never stopped affirming.

did i believe the words? no.

did i feel delusional? yes.

did i feel stupid? absolutely.

but i kept going.

i was manifesting other things too ... career, body, life glow-up

but after the fight i went all in on my SP affirmations.

and even that made me spiral like,

“why am i focusing so much on this??”

yesterday, i saturated my mind with ONE blanket affirmation.

over and over.

even while feeling numb.

and today?

he called me.

and said:

“you’re the only person i want. you’re my only one. i would never leave you. it was a stupid fight. please forgive me.”

and he bought me gifts.

mind you i have NEVER seen him fold like that.

never that fast.

never that soft.

and the wildest part?

i had fully decided in my head there was NO way he would come back like that.

but i affirmed anyway.

and it still manifested.

so if you’re sitting there crying, reacting, doubting, spiraling

THIS is your reminder:

☆ i radiate strength and courage that no one cares to fuck with

☆ my mindset is impenetrable, everyone wishes they had one like mine

What makes a spoiled brat a brat?

- They want everything and they GET IT.

- they never question if they are going to get something.

-They don’t care about their circumstances.

they just know that they want something and that they will get it. they don’t worry about how big or small it is to themselves. they don’t care HOW they will get it.

they simply identify with someone who always gets what they want, which is why they will.

and do you think a spoiled brat is generous ??

they aren’t going to ask for $20. -> they gonna ask for $100

they aren’t going to ask for a 9-5 job, -> they gonna ask for money without lifting a finger.

you get it?

identify with already having what you want, like a spoiled brat who has unlimited access to more than enough of everything.

you should feel entitled to your manifestations.
