I have so many things I want to express that I have no energy to articulate anymore

I can't explain the entirety of my emotions. Just what I'm feeling right now and why

I can explain situations and how they upset me. I can even explain why! But to other people it probably sounds like there's no point to what I'm saying. It just sounds like I'm complaining about trivial things.

A broken cup. An invaded house. Not having any privacy for 20 whole years. Facing the possibility of being a virgin forever.

They all add up though.

Into whatever kind of a broken mess my life would appear as if it was a physical thing you could hold in your hand.

My god, I'm so tired. Everything feels flat. Full of grief. Torment. Pain. Loneliness.

Every day is exactly the same and I can't do anything to change it.

No able-bodied person could even begin to understand how this feels

I'm retreating inward. Going quiet. I don't want to though. I know nobody is listening, but I can't give up yet.

I can't be nobody again. Just a name on people's dash. Someone to scroll past. Just getting in the way.

I want to scream until my lungs give out. I don't want to slip away quietly.

Be another cripple that gets swept under the rug. Out of sight, out of mind.

I can't serve anyone anymore, but I hope I can at least still be seen as a person.

I'm sorry I have so little left to give.
