While its obvious that Hollow Ichigo only sliced Ulquiorra's (left) arm off because he's doing anything and everything to brutalize the guy for what he did to Ichigo specifically (again, Hollow Ichigo at this moment is Ichigo's survival/self-preservation mode)...I almost sorta see it as some level of karma for Ulquiorra taking Uryu's left arm.
