Transitioning in the world of DnD/The forgotten realms, is prolly one of the most easiest things you can do in DnD.

Yeah true polymorph is a level 9th spell, but chances are there’s some gender changing wizard out there that’s just doing it for free. Or a fae that might just steal your gender for the hell of it.
