Betsy Bumble is one of the most busiest neighbor around always up and about. She the best at Finding anything or anyone. She is One of Sweetest neighbors to get to know. She is always ready to be helping a friend.
Betsy was used to show kids that it’s important to Care and to share with others and listen to others. She is also part of neighborhood But pacifically with Barnaby and Wally considering them a Golden trio. As Barnaby was the fun one Betsy was the responsible one like the angel on Wally shoulder, telling him what is wrong and what right. When being made, she was used of Julie’s body type. But they made a new model for the head. She had a similar mechanics to Frank Head with her wings. They would press the button and then would move like she was flying. Betsy only appeared in a few episodes soon not returning for the rest of the show. No one knows exactly why she stop being a part of the show. There is no information about her puppet or her puppeteer/voice.
What is said was she probably left the show but there’s reports or record she quit. Instead, all you find is that she has been missing for a while.
As for her puppet Betsy No one sure where she went and no one well ever know.
