miss piggy: in my mind, piggy will tickle someone for one of two reasons: 1, shes feeling affectionate. 2, shes PISSED. zoot doesnt invoke her wrath on purpose, but if he annoys her enough by forgetting something in particular or sleeping while shes talking, or even getting caught up in another one of piggy’s anger storms, he is at her mercy til shes blown off enough steam

fozzie: fozzie doesnt need much of a reason, he’ll tickle someone as a joke or a prank or jus bcuz he feels like they need it. and naturally he thinks zoot’s reactions r hilarious so he goes after him a lot

bunsen & beaker: oh u already know what im getting into here. the muppet scientists r always inventing new pieces of equipment (whether beaker has a say in what theyre doing or not) and it isnt too rare for zoot to end up as their test subject because its quite easy to make him help since he usually wont recognize if its a tickle trap or not, he ends up being one of bunsen’s go-to’s as a result
