It’s something that took me a long time to learn, but it’s one of the most important things that no one has ever taught me but myself.

Forget about the weight that you need to lose and the way your skin doesn’t yet fit your bones the way you wnt them to.

Don’t let your body dictate what your heart is made out of.

Let the world in and sooner or later people will see the oceans pouring out of you.

You’ll walk down the street and someone will mistake you for the sky.

You are beautiful because you let yourself feel, and that is a brave thing indeed.

Treasure the company of being alone.

Think if solitude as another friend for you to hold hands with in the dark.

You shouldn’t be afraid even the night is too afraid to chase its own tail.

You have clipped wings and scars from when people told you that you were too toung and too human and to weak to try to scale the troposphere woth your eyes closed, but you were born from the earth and you werefrom a wave of your mothers love and you will end up somewhere in a horizon between the two.

A nine year old girl wrote me a letter for Christmas and said, “I don’t know you,but I was told you were beautiful and kind and wonderful and I don’t doubt it for a second.”

When was the last time you wrote a letter to a stranger?

Love those you have never seen.

The Intangibilities are the reason why I fall in love so easily in the first place.

Touch people without your hands and they’ll remember you longer than if you found them with your fingers on their leg one night at a dive bar.
