cool eye

i am not very active on social media at all anymore, i think social media kind of rots my brain in particular and i need to be mindful about what i consume. but i do want to be creative again :) have not had an outlet for creativity in a second.

i have not drawn for about a year, i actually became disgusted with art after graduating from art school! i thought everything i did was cringe and i couldn't bring myself to pick up a pencil. or wacom pen. etc.

also AI and being poor / sad / living in a high cost of living area with no support didn't give me any time or energy to do anything creative. i think i can draw really well though and art school leveled me up so hard.

i am finishing my masters degree right now actually so i can actually have money and a job. and i kind of got a dream job starting up in a few months! crazy.

i think in my work ethic, i am a very driven and hard working person, but outside of work, i am extremely prone to negative thoughts surrounding me making art for people to perceive.

so sometimes (often times) it is easier to just scroll my phone. i guess in the ye olden days of 2016 tumblr, it was much of the same, but at least it was productive art wise. i loved drawing!
