i know it's hard, baby, but just a little longer

robot that's like. 99% just bare basics and all. you can see each and every wire, all exposed. the framework is not just the equivalent to its bones, but to its body as a whole. it even has some sort of fluid system, and you can see each and every tube and where it goes. no hard plastic casing, no soft silicone body either, it's pretty much skeletal, again, nothing but the basics. but here's the kicker. ok. that tubing system i mentioned a bit ago. the fluid does need to get flushed out at times. so there's a bladder. which, obviously, you can also see. but it's like. sort of attached on the outside in a way? due to, you know, the skeletal bare bones structure of it all — there's no "inside" to put it in, so it goes outside of it. this makes the desperation more obvious. even if the robot is good at hiding it otherwise, you can still see the little silicone bladder expand slowly, from being like a slightly wider and softer tube than the rest, to being more like an overfilled water balloon threatening to burst. as much as they may want to hide it, there's no way to. it's painfully blatant. it also may or may not jiggle at a certain level, but that's probably less hot and more amusing for most lol idk. but. if you were to pin it down and touch the bladder directly, well... when you tease a human's bladder, there's layers of skin and fat and such things between your hand and the bladder, right? well, in this case, you'd actually be poking and prodding at the bladder itself. so, who knows, maybe that makes it feel more intense for them or something :)

they don't actually do that but can you imagine. someone carefully pacing their liquids all day to make sure they drank enough to give the doctors a good sample but not so much that they burst beforehand. and if they wet themselves or give up at any point they have to do it all over again. someone with tears in their eyes begging to go nownownow at 23 hours because there's no way they'll make it and they can't go through this again but they're refused because they need to do the full 24. the earth shattering relief when it's finally over. overflowing the bottle because they were holding too much but not caring enough to stop.

robot who's at their limit and knows it, who's already been excused but they can't even walk without the movement causing their body to involuntarily void. instead they stand in place, shifting from foot to foot, squeezing together their thighs together and fanning them open, their squirming audible as plastic and metal thump and clank together. they're as full as can be, and seeing their stretched bladder makes one of their supervisors have to excuse themselves. soon enough a particularly big leak forces its way out and they full on run to release into the larger wastewater tank, leaving tiny (but getting bigger) puddles on the way there

Because there’s no release coming. You’re never going to pee. You’re just going to hold it and hold it and hold it and get fuller than you ever thought possible. It’s no use squirming or being impatient. You’ll just have to learn to love the way your bladder swells, the ecstasy of pressure, the maddening spasms that will only get worse the longer you hold. You have to love being desperate like it’s the best thing in the world.
