The light from the eyes can blind a living being forever, so the princess does not open them. From the facts: previously, her extra eyes were made of flesh, but this scared her subjects very much and the princess modified them. Apart from the crown and necklace, the rest of the gold was from birth. It is difficult for her to understand the feelings and emotions of mortals, although she herself does not try to understand them. Looks at ponies like they're stupid kids.
