Entrance foyer opens to the main living area.

Look at these stairs. Tiles, rocks, and a waterfall/fountain.

Look at this wall. isn't it interesting? It looks like it was once a fireplace, but it's hard to tell, b/c there's a modern free-standing fireplace on a stone platform. The rocks look like stairs and there's a glass insert in the opening.

What a cozy nook. Love the blue fireplace and the built-in seating.

Along the side there's more living room seating.

Then, along this area beyond the kitchen, there's the formal dining area, and it has doors to the patio. It also has a built-in cabinet and a recessed wall.

Very nice. I don't usually care for beamed ceilings, but these are modern looking.

The chandelier looks kind of medieval.

On the far wall of the dining area, there's this built-in sideboard with a gorgeous gold brick wall.

Look at how the floor boards curve.

This is crazy. There's a hot tub and sitting area, like being at a resort.

And, there's also this round sunroom that opens to a patio. I wasn't happy b/c they don't show the bedrooms, and I looked for other photos but there weren't any. So, I dug deeper and this is what I found: They usually aren't featured in photographs because the sleeping areas, true to Frank Lloyd Wright's original Jacobs II "Solar-Hemicycle" blueprint, are an open loft or mezzanine that overlooks the main ground-floor living space. This creates an open-plan layout lacking traditional closed walls, which impacts privacy and often makes them less photogenic than the dramatic main gathering areas. 

Anyway, this is the multi-level patio.

Funny, this is cozy, but there doesn't seem to be a larger dining room. I do like the ceiling and the built-in cabinet, though.

Look at the nursery. If I remember correctly, infants need color for proper eye development. Something like that.

I like this bedroom. Well, specifically, that arched feature.

Here's a family room. Oh, a red chair in the corner. How did that get there?

The billiard room with doors to the pool. Even the pool table has a beige top and lighting fixture.

Oh, look, an art studio. Brown and beige paintings only.

The grounds are very pretty. 2.09 acres lot.

2 car garage, but lots of parking.

Looks like they stripped these walls back to the brick. Nice beamed ceilings, too.

They added wainscoting along the wall and that's probably an original staircase.

The living room was probably tiny and a wall was removed.

Nice built-in TV wall. This is supposed to be the dining area, but they use it as a TV room and a small desk area, plus a small table by the window.

Then, to the right of the bathroom, there's a cute little counter for the kitchen.

This is a half bath.

And, there's the open door to the garden.

The bedroom is lovely, it's nice and big.

It has a nice ensuite.

And, a large walk-in closet with a washer/dryer.

Very nice and creative use of space. Yards are typically small and enclosed, but they're usually very pretty.

There's also the terrace on the 2nd level.

It looks like the road is sand.

Maybe b/c it's so angular, the photos look weird. Look at the large windows, rocky floor, and stairs that go up to another level.

Looks like a giant bunk bed in the living room. It's as large as a bed, so it's probably for watching TV, as well as a guest space?

Look at the pipes on the fireplace. At first I thought it was a tree. Now, that I see more of it, I remember posting this before. The date on this photo shows 2 yrs. ago, so I wonder what it looks like now.

The wall does not go up to the ceiling and the kitchen is on the other side. Look at the big holes to pull the cabinet doors open. The stove looks like the kind you'd see in a camper.

The table is in the corner against the half wall overlooking the living room. And, there's a door to outer stairs.

This looks like a music room. The lights look like turtles.

This tub looks like a DIY with a sheet of metal as a liner. Love the stained glass window, though.

Look at all the pipes. The bath is open to the floor below, also.

These windows have great views of the beach, though.

Is that wall decor, or a ladder to a loft? Anyway, this is a sauna.

Came with a plaque.

It's very compact. Does it double as a shower?

Then, up here, there's a loft area with a balcony.

This looks like a bedroom with an ensuite, closet, and a ladder to yet another level.

Actually, it leads to another level with a sleep loft.

I never would've expected a golf course. 0.43 acre lot. On one side, there's the North Lagoon and the beach is on the Pacific Ocean.

You enter from the deck, but do you have to climb that ladder?

Look at how nice this is. I wonder if the plants will stay, b/c they make it look beautiful.

It's like living outside or in a greenhouse.

The kitchen is adorable, too. Love the colors and Pueblo style.

And, here's a pretty roomy workroom or even a studio.

I imagine that the roof is meant to be slanted.

Enter the interesting and large living room.

It has a stone fireplace, wood ceiling, and built-in storage. It's a huge space with a wall that's perfect for art display.

This is so cozy- behind the fireplace, in a corner cubby, there's an office.

This is the formal dining area next to the kitchen. A wall of windows faces a lovely view of the grounds.

Lots of storage in original cabinetry. It's a beautiful kitchen.

Down this hall to a bedroom, there are built-in closets and a laundry area.

The rest of the bathroom is open, but not in view.

It also has an interesting ensuite bath.

The 3rd suite is beautiful, also.

There's also a little guest house on the property.

The garden is just beautiful.

A stream runs thru the property.

Look at the painting on the fireplace chimney, and it's a tree that goes all the way up to the ceiling.

The living room is pretty. The woodwork is very beautifully done and notice that for authenticity they used radiators. They must've bought them at an architectural salvage yard.

They look like they came from a Victorian home.

This is a nice touch. I've never seen anything like this in an original Craftsman. You never see a 2nd fl. mezzanine, let alone a curved balcony.

The dining area is in the rounded tower at the back of the house.

Also on the property there's this adorable little studio that looks like a lighthouse.

It's more like a rental or guest cottage, and has a kitchenette.

And, it has a little sleep loft. The trap door in the ceiling must go up into the top of the "lighthouse."

There's also a beautiful garage.

Lovely grounds with a pond.
