I'm having motivational issues. Also because I'm not counting calories (for a few reasons, I'm lazy and don't wanna type on my phone) I think I'm fucking myself over with eating. It's so much easier to not eat too much when counting but I literally just can't count unless it's just checking or you know. I'm not gaining weight but I'm also not losing as much as I probably should be. A 6 day work out week with 10 hours of exercise a week should be enough for a bit faster weekly weight loss, but I'm just not motivated enough to fix the diet. Also I'm just talking about the past few weeks or even only days. It's an easy fix but the motivation just isn't there right now making it a cycle, and I think every one of us knows how big of a difference continuous bad eating does. Annoying.
