Being competitive with myself. Finally starting to see serious improvement in my fitness. I’m so proud of myself for committing to something just for my physical well being. Not only am I starting to look good, mentally I’m probably in the best place I have been in a very long time.

Legs are looking thick

Short run after my tough Sunday run. Ok garmin has won me over. Next upgrade is my running shoes. Really want to purchase a pair of nova blast, they are expensive but I’m sure they will help with my runs. I want to increase my kms to 30km throughout the week. Currently at around 24km per week. Legs are suffering but I’m putting it down to my shoes. Haven’t bought a new pair since March 2024. I’ve ran a lot of Kms since then!!
