It's sad that my mother raises my little sister (who has Asperger's) constantly letting her know that she has a mental disorder and that she can't do certain things and pulls her put of school because "No one understands her" and then doesn't require her to learn about the world, does Christianity-centered homeschooling when she hardly has a high school diploma herself, and then turns the fuck around and is upset and surprised and confused when my little sister (now 18) is depressed and lost and emotional and kind of bratty because now she wants to have a life of her own but can't because my mother did not instill the knowledge required to be a basic, self-sufficient human being. Fuckin' hopeless.
