Harry’s gratitude was met with a light whack to the head with an oven mitt. 

“You need to stop thanking me for the bare minimum,” Molly answered. “I was happy to have you both.”

“Yeah, but you didn’t have to…” Harry trailed off because the list was too long. The warm greetings at the door, the hugs, the presents, the conversation, the dinner that she made sure he would like. “Seriously, thank you. He was really nervous about this.”

Molly’s smile was just as warm as everything else in the festively decorated house. “He doesn’t seem so nervous now.” She nudged Harry who looked through the doorway into the living room where his boyfriend was sprawled rather obnoxiously across the couch, eyes shut as the other Weasleys chatted lightly in front of the fire. 

“Is he…?”

“Now stop thanking me and go to him.” 

Harry did, moving long legs into his lap as he sat down on the couch. Draco stirred, eyes still closed as he flopped to Harry’s side, cozying up to him. 

“Hi.”

Harry wrapped his arm around him and listened to Draco’s response of a content sigh. “Hi.” 

“You know,” Draco breathed into Harry’s neck, “this sweater is really rather soft. And you were exaggerating about the colors– it’s not half as bad as you said it would be. Besides, I can pull off anything, can’t I? Hmm? How do you think I look?”
