- Drink a huge glass of water right when you wake up - Wash your face morning and night - Workout earlier in the day - Pick one day to do all of your laundry - Wash your sheets regularly and make your bed daily - If you want a piece of chocolate, eat it - Put away your phone while you do homework, you’ll finish it faster - Spend twenty minutes each day relaxing without a screen in front of your face - Plan meals ahead of time - Eat fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible - Moisturize when you get out of the shower

I hope you miss me. I hope it hurts you when someone says my name. God, I wish you could feel 1/10 of the pain you caused me when you abandoned me.

Anytime you’re gonna grow, you’re gonna lose something. You’re losing what you’re hanging onto to keep safe. You’re losing habits that you’re comfortable with, you’re losing familiarity.

I crave mental connections more than physical ones. I want our souls to light fires with their touch.
