New year, new muscle! *read in a gritty action movie trailer voice over voice.* this year I am going to join a gym and stick to a workout routine. I am far from a fitness page, but I would like to take it seriously this year. I am going to add HIIT to my weight lifting regimen and eat cleaner overall. I want to add muscle and try my best to get bigger. What kinds of fitness goals do you have this year?
