BLOOD OF GIANTS.

a  child  unaware  of  the  prestige  of  his  lineage,  or  of  the  annihilation  brought  about  by  his  sire.  robbed  of  knowing  his  history.  while  she  had  little  love  for  most  of  the  pantheon ,  oftentimes  they  came  across  more  as  squabbling  children ,  there  were  those  few  for  whom  enyo  held  respect.  the  twins  of  leto  among  that  small  circle.  staring  into  the  eyes  of  the  young  boy ,  there  dwells  nothing  but  contradictions  looking  back  at  her.  child  of  two  worlds ,  the  steady  gaze  of  his  father  yet  only  a  small  spark  of  the  rage  that  burned  the  ghost  of  sparta.  the  potential  for  destruction ,  or  a  chance  to  build  something  new.  the  unknown  fates  laid  out  to  divide  towards  the  light  or  dark  unsettled  the  goddess.

❛  your  kin.  they  share  blood  with  your  …  father.  ❜ the  title  spat  as  a  curse.  ❛ god  of  archery  and  goddess  of  the  hunt,  amongst  other  things.  their  skills  each  with  a  bow  are  unrivalled.  ❜  and  with  their  blessings ,  so  too  were  those  under  their  patronage.  ❛  it  is  a  fine  weapon  to  remind  you  that  you  have  ties  beyond  this  realm.  ❜

    𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐁𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐃 𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐒𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐄 𝐁𝐄𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐇𝐈𝐌 .           of the giants , the gods , and man kind , too .    he’s a roaring ocean , where waters from all realms collide to form one endlessly blue horizon .   it was those very seas too ,   that had attempted to drown him ,   and to do so now for years .   the sickness that had plagued him all throughout his childhood , the very symptom of the ichor in his veins ,    fighting back against the body of a boy who thought himself to be entirely mortal .            a child , whom with his golden blood and ribs carved from the mountains of jotunheim ,   stares down at the bow held within his hands now , as enyo speaks . 

gods and goddesses .   were they like the aesir ?      with his father’s ceaseless silence on the subject , he suspects so ;   why else would the man stay so utterly and completely silent on the subject ?       the mists of helheim had revealed some things .   the death of his grandfather , the murder of the man who fathered his own ,   one of them .      but apart from that ,   he knew nothing .       his book ,   the one he’d filled with endless notes along their journey ,    left with empty pages and no names to a side of himself ,   that not knowing of– had nearly killed him .
