You know what I just realized (somehow) ? If the marauders really did dorm all together, there would’ve been another guy in the dorm. I mean like Hogwarts dorms are five to a dorm right? In my head it has to be either the most tolerant man ever or the four marauders annoyed the hell out of him and it became exclusively their room. But that holds so much comedy potential honestly. Like once a month when the four boys go out for a full moon they come back and their roommate is just standing there, hands on his hips like “why the fuck are you sneaking in at like 5 am all together?” . Or when James is telling his friends about lily he’s just like listening in and giving comentary like “you mean Evans? She’s way out of your league.” Another thing I picture is him just being so done with Sirius and Remus not dating. Like “dude he legit said he’d marry you, what are you doing?” Or when they finally get together “can you stop being in love for five seconds and listen? Your cat has tried to eat my shoes again!” Anyways, I just think we need more cannon marauders stuff but I will not be supporting JKR so I just use Tumblr and Ao3

imagine for a second. You’re a crow, living your life. Forced to be the familiar of a witch that kills little girls. One day these boys come to your town. Saves one of the girls and beats up the witch. Suddenly, the witch is turning you into a human. Killing you and making a new life. A human boy. Suddenly you’re pushed into a world of many different things. But your mission is to kidnap/harm one of the new boys. You meet him. He seems nice, cute. You quickly develop a crush on him. He’s friends are nice to you. They like you. Then one night, you meet up with the boy. You think he’s confessing to you. So you kiss him. But he’s in love with someone else. The next day, you’re given a new task. Lure the group into the woods. You accept it, thinking of revenge. But your human nature makes you realize you need to stop. Your plan gets exposed by a pesky man in a skirt who kisses you. Then you are found out and brutally turned back into a crow. A couple days later, your friends are back. They’re struggling. You watch them suffer. You help as much as you can but it’s not enough. People get hurt. Your witch dies, thankfully. But now You’re all alone, just a crow against the world.

Possibly a hot take but I do actually believe Charles could outrun Edwin. Sure, Edwin has gained speed in his 70 years in hell. But I genuinely think Charles is a better runner. Why? Edwin’s only ever run as part of his fight or flight system. Bullies. Hell. Cases. But Charles, Charles is used to sports. He was friends with the popular boys. They all played sports. Rugby. Cricket. Football (soccer). So he learned to run as a runner would. Meaning, If Edwin wasn’t in a fight or flight (and maybe if he was) Charles would easily outrun him. But he doesn’t. Why? Because Charles is a protector. He protects the people he loves at all costs. So when he’s running with other people, he always runs behind, slower. Because if he can’t stop it, what good is he? What does he contribute? Charles feels worthless otherwise. Idk just a thought.

The thing I like so much about DBD is probably that all the characters just go along with whatever’s happening. Like, oh I just escaped from hell and there’s some random guy dying of hypothermia and internal bleeding? I’m not going to let him out of my sight and potentially go back to hell for someone I just met. oh I just died and some random person from hell is taking care of me? Yeah I’m just going to sacrifice a potentially amazing afterlife for him! Oh this strange teenager expelled the demon from my body and now wants to take me home to become part of their detective agency? Sure I’ll just go to a different country with them to help a girl I don’t know and fight a witch on my first day. Oh this random girl claims to be talking to ghosts who can expel the thing trying to kill me from my body? Yeah I’m going to trust her and then run after them during a case despite the fact I could die at any moment, who do you think I am? Oh these two dead boys, some sprites and a psychic are using my room for rent? I’m going to sacrifice my life for that psychic even though I met her a week ago and she’s insane. Oh I’m suddenly a human and have been tasked to kill these people? Nope, that’s my boyfriend right there I’m going to talk to him about astrology. Like there’s no way they actually are completely just chill with it but it’s so funny to see

art kid Todd is killing me. Imagine this: Neil, the main role. Todd, one of the only people willing to paint sets. It’s a rehearsal day and both Chris and Todd are painting. Neil walks in and checks in with the set chief. Without noticing, Todd has put his paintbrush in between his teeth. Then Neil leaves and Chris finally notices. “Ooh, looks like someone has a crush.” She teases Todd . “I do not!” Todd protests. “Oh yeah? Cause you got a little something in your teeth.” Chris says. “What?” Todd asks and then tries in vain to find it. Then he realizes. It’s his paint brush. With the brush side in his mouth. “Ugh, you’re the worst.” Todd complains. “Not as bad as you.” Chris says and makes a heart with her fingers. Oh god. I can’t. Art Todd has my heart.
