My experience with remembering shit while plural is a lot like having a drive with partitions that have different file systems. And you can access SOME of the other drives if you can get yourself permission, but some you need to go through a whole rigamarole to access, and theres one partition that just does not seem to work no matter what you do. And so whenever you're like "Huh I have this version of this file, but shouldnt there be an earlier version? Where is that..." You have to consult the other partitions to see where it is if its anywhere at all. And then sometimes you just notice that theres entire years of no files, and youre like, wait there should be files from that era, but theyre nowhere. Maybe theyre in that blocked partition but you'll never know. And also the other partitions can talk to you
