this is your permission slip to be as self indulgent with your self ship content as you want. draw yourself the way you choose. give yourself the hair color you wish you had, make your eyes sparkle, let yourself wear outfits you don’t feel confident wearing in real life. write about the way the sun shines so beautifully on your face, romanticize your thoughts and opinions and your freckles and scars, talk about how your F/O fell in love with you as soon as they saw you. you don’t have to ‘tone yourself down’. it’s not conceited. you can be the boss. you can be anything you want. you can think of yourself as magical, stunning, breathtaking, and you can describe that in your content. create yourself with as much love and passion and adoration as you do your F/O. you have the right to. it’s okay. i’m signing the permission slip for you to do that. take it and run.
