Explosionsimminent
Ironhide stood straighter, pulling up to his full height to tower over the engineer, arms crossing tightly over his chest as he looked down at the Engineer, browâs furrowed. âWheeljack. âAh was hopinâ to adâvoid anyâŚah⌠âaccidentsâ withan thah near furture. Perhaps ya should return to yer Lab, â He shrugged, giving a brief but bitingly pointed look directly at the door to the nearest door. âOr just go âhead and return tah the âBay. Yer in there enough latelyâŚâ
Wheeljack was a little caught off guard by the rather terse greeting; if it could even be called that given the mech was in essence telling him to run along. For one bewildered moment he simply stared at the front liner, but then it clicked. Ironhide wasnât⌠was he? No, the mention of the Medbay was too coincidental. Crossing his arms over his chassis, he backed up a bit defensively from the larger mech, doorwings flared to make him appear larger - though sadly his rather thin doorwings didnât really do much. âYes, well, Iâve been trying to help Ratchet.â
A childish part of him wanted to add, âinstead of giving him more work,â but he reined in the comment at the last moment and simply tried staring the soldier mech down.
Ironhide wasn't able to keep himself from taking that one advancing step, following after jack's retreat his own plating opening slightly to puff himself up appearing even larger. The engineer was so small compared to the bulky Red mech and it would have made Ironhide grin, if only it wasn't for the reason behind his hostility. Instead the frown on his face deepened and he gave a low rumble of his engine. "Yeah Ahm certain 'e needs all sorts of 'help' after dealin' with ya." Oh he definitely could hear those unspoken words, optics narrowing and staring down the smaller bot in return. "Din'it I serggest you runnin'long?"
