Secondly, “I missed your skin when you were east/you clicked your heels and wished for me” is a line Ryan wrote for Brendon to sing.

Third, Brendon was hit in the eye during a show and got a black eye. He was embarrassed to go on afterwards and so Ryan gave himself two black eyes with makeup to draw the attention away from Brendon, and as we know by now, Ryan doesn’t like being the center of attention. This is eeriely similar to “you got two black eyes form loving too hard”

Fourth:

Ryan: I can’t risk someone I love and care about getting hurt.

Dallon: I’ll go.
