Hello, I am Amae, also known as the GenderFluid Parent of 5 (OCs). I am an artist, part time writer and a mostly still practicing animator. Hope I can make it in the industry once I graduate 😅

Bit of a drabble? Annoyances get to me this late at night

People pmo when they don't use pronouns properly. And I don't mean like calling someone he/him as a MTF for example, while that is bad, not the topic I intent to cover.

It's people who got comments and say "Oh, he/she lost his/her jumper but it didn't have his/hers name on it! Anyone know who's this is?" for example. Hers/his. It bugs me SO MUCH!!

Just use they/them?! Even if the person looks like a woman, it's mostly fine in my eyes if you don't know their gender or pronoun preferences?! Stop making more issues for yourself and use the gender neutral terms!!

Or when someone uses he/him on a clearly female person, pmo... Or when someone is obviously androgynous, nonbinary, or agender(?), and use their looks/appearance as a guess. Or worse, their body?? Stop using she/her just because you can see a little bit of boobs, bro. It makes me SO MAD!!

Even MORE!! Mentions of sh scars, general medical stuff; Amputations, scars, missing limbs, and burns

It makes me MORE mad when someone makes a post about a serious topic such as a war or something, and has clear SH scars or whatever mentioned in the title. Not my issue, people go through life, whatever. Right? Check the comments for context on something they said?

"What happened to you?" "You are so brave!" "Where's his/her other eye/limb/body part?" "What's that rod for?" "Is your limb/eye/arm/whatever fake?"

SHUT UP!!! It INFURIATES me to see those comments on a video with someone who has very clearly gone through something in life such as trauma, or used SH as a coping mechanism!! Let them live?! And you go to their part two or something, it's the same thing!! "What happened to you?" "Why do you have a massive burn scar all over your face and it looks disgusting and gross?" SHUT! UP!! I wanna vault through the screen and strangle them, guhhh...

"What happened to you?" What happened to you?! And basic internet respect?! Can we please not ask obvious questions...

And it's always like.. 200 comments of the SAME THING and the creator is most likely sick of them. Pisses me off!! Internet respect, guys!!

being completely and utterly against censorship is the main core principle of ao3.

ao3 was created specifically to host and give a platform to fics that were banned on other platforms.

When I was younger- like REALLY young I got into dinosaurs bcs of Jurassic Park

My cousin had like all the CDs for it and I ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS watched the movies everytime I was staying over….

Was a big part of my childhood, used to want to be like Dr. Wu & bring back the dinosaurs (which in hindsight IS COOL…. But a very…. VERY STUPID IDEA!)

But that love faded to paleontology, I love it a lot…. Don’t have time to keep up with it much tho, and I can’t focus on it because around here— it’s not all that talked about or important to the point that there aren’t much schools teaching it AT ALL.

Besides that— the fossils you’d find around here are a bit in the ‘fewer’ range….

I still fucking love the subject and talking abt it tho, just sucks that not many are as interested in it as me…. (And that a lot purely just bases off of Jurassic Park or World and does a bunch of assumptions and makes fun of the interest because an interest in dinosaurs & fossils is apparently ’childish’ or doesn’t suit their interests so it seems weird to them)
