“I didn’t realise huntresses had a need for mobile phones,” Noah said and then sighed, “Give it here then, I’ll show you.”

“Genevieve Belanger would like to take her very first selfie with me? It would be a honor,” Vienna replied dramatically with a smile. Opening up the phone to the camera setting, she moved beside Genevieve and switched the camera to be facing them. “Thank Gods I’ve got long arms,” she chuckled before extending the phone away from them so that both were in frame. “Smile!” Vi added as she looped her arm around the other’s shoulder.

“Oh hush,” Gen smiled and knocked her shoulder into the other huntress’. She was stunned at how it was like looking in a mirror, but hardly had time to register it before she felt herself pulled to Vienna and found herself smiling wide as the picture was taken. “Amazing, this camera is so precise! I mean, you can see every detail,” she said in amazement as she took the phone to inspect the picture. “Do you think Narcissus had something to do with this technology?”

“I’m sorry but why get one if you don’t know how to use it?”

While real age-wise the two weren’t all that far apart, Vienna had always been more involved in the modern side of things than Genevieve had. At least from what she had observed. “You’re never bothering me,” she insisted with a wave of her hand and a smile. “This is a smart phone so it has many functions. Are you trying to call someone, access the internet or perhaps take a picture to see how good the camera on this thing is?”

Gen smiled, although she never was able to move with the current times, she greatly admired how easily Vienna could. Clearly, she came to the right person. “I thought I might begin with a picture? What is it people take these days? Selfies? We could take one together,” she laughed.

“Actually these are horrible,” Andie said when she noticed what phone the other was holding. “Their battery life is abysmal and they’re very easy to crack,” she added, then looked at the other up and down. “But don’t you worry, I’ve got you. I’ll upgrade it free of charge.”

“Really?” Gen frowned, it was a gift and she had thought it was quite the luxury already. “Well...I suppose you would know best. Thank you,” she smiled. “I’m Genevieve, and now indebted to you for this favour.” 

“They do. I wish I had one.” Juniper said, “I’ve only got the six.” She paused, “It’s not that difficult really. Have you set it up yet?”

“You don’t know how a phone works?” Noah asked, brow furrowed.

Taking the phone Hannah looked it over, “This one is kind of old.” It wasn’t actually that old but in iphone age it was. “You’re a hunter right?” She admired the hunters of artemis, but she didn’t think she could ever do it. “Did you just want to know how to get to the music?”

“Oh, this is plenty new enough for me,” Gen laughed, she couldn’t imagine something even more advanced that the strange gadget she was now holding. “I am, yes. I’m Genevieve, I’ve only just arrived but I have never needed a telephone when with the hunters so I’m not very familiar. I hoped to get accustomed to recent music genres, I heard of something...the name has to do with spots I believe?”
