That's the thinking behind AVOKAX, a brand identity project we recently completed at Gavi Digital for a modern web application in the technology and SaaS space.
The wordmark uses sharp, angular letterforms that feel structured and confident, built for a digital audience that expects clarity over decoration. At the center sits a circular mark, split between teal and deep indigo, replacing the O in a way that feels intentional rather than decorative. It reads like a data point, a progress ring, a system in motion. Simple shapes, but with real meaning behind them.
Color plays a big role too. Deep blue brings trust and depth, while the teal accent adds energy without shouting for attention.
What makes this identity work is how well it holds up across different spaces. From app icons and browser tabs to business cards, presentation screens, and even merchandise, the mark stays sharp, recognizable, and consistent everywhere it appears.
Good branding is not about adding more. It is about knowing what to keep.
