2. Click the foreigner living abroad option.

3. Click Accept.

4. Put your email in, press the button. Check email, copy pin.

5. Open your email, copy the pin code.

6. Paste code into box, then click the button.

7-8 Fill application out and verify your ID/Username.

9. Yay! You succeeded!

10. Go to Show Champion’s page and  VOTE! VOTE! VOTE! You can vote up to 3 times a day!
