He passed the cigarette back to Peter, blowing smoke through his nose. There was a few moments of silence then, wind whistling through the trees around Peter’s house. “You think they’ll find Patrick?” Not that Kurtz cared, he wasn’t close to Patrick--that was Henry’s best friend, but he was worried all the same. “I mean--It’s a little weird that we haven’t heard anything and Henry isn’t freaking out either--so something’s up right?” 

“ sorry,  but  what  exactly  is  this  g & g  thing?   i  keep  seeing  it  everywhere… ”   her  morbid  curiosity  is  getting  the  better  of  her  once  again  as  she  approaches  him,  tightly  drawing  her  blanket  shawl  tighter  round  herself.   she’s  a  lone  snake  with  no  backup,  something  particularly  worrisome  for  honey,  knowing  how  quickly  she  could  wear  herself  out.    /    @gargoyleprinced

Kurtz let out a hum, eyes following Honey as she approached him. “It’s a board game--” Kurtz leaned forward, hand running through his greasy hair. It wasn’t a simple board game though, was it? Makes a clicking sound with his tongue before speaking again. “Do you wanna play?”

CLEAN for a serpent that is. He’d made the express choice to AVOID getting into trouble for the sake of the Serpents, but THIS guy SEEMED to have knowledge the likes of which he SHOULDN’T.

“I’m not saying you’ve done anything bad--” Lets out a hum, fingers shoved between his choker and his neck. “You just shouldn’t place so much faith in a northsider y’know? Sometimes they’re more slimy than you serpents are--” Not a total lie. He’d seen the fucked up things that some of the northsiders had gotten away with simply because they were northsiders. “Just watch your back--” 

         she almost laughed . a serial killer in the woods . she’d faced a demon clown in the sewers , so a serial killer in the woods really no big deal to her . her hand finds her hip , a raised brow towards him in a questioning way . ‘ really huh ? well i guess that’s the weird feeling the town gave me … ’ she’d felt it from the moment she’d arrived , this town wasn’t normal . ‘ and then why are you in the woods ? ’

Kurtz shrugged at her question, hand going up to play with the choker around his neck. “I don’t really have anywhere else to go.” Eyes meet hers for a moment before glancing behind her. “This whole town is a little on the...messed up side. We’ve got a serial killer and mob boss’ wife as the mayor, not to mention the drugs that are making the rounds.” 

Feel Something

Even if it doesn’t go anywhere, shoving him certainly felt good.

Kurtz lets out a hum, picking himself up off the ground. “Elio--” He takes a moment to think it over, watching Archie. “He still owes me money.” Brushes himself off then, straightening his jacket. Kurtz wasn’t afraid of throwing people under the bus, especially when it could possibly get himself out of something. “What do you want to know?”

Kurtz chuckled, leaning back in his chair. “Am I supposed to take that threat seriously?” Raises an eyebrow then. Make no mistake, he knew what Cheryl was capable of but he also knew that he had not only the protection of the other Gargoyles but the King himself. “Need I remind you, the entire school is hooked on fizzle rocks now--you take out their fun, you won’t even have to worry about the wrath of the Gargoyle King--it’ll be the entire student body.” Glances up at her with a smirk, “But go ahead...Do your worst.”
