It occurred to me that folks who reblogged that last post might find it more useful to have a list of all Google Fonts that support small-caps glyph substitution regardless of whether they assign those glyphs to Unicode code points (i.e., because needing to explicitly select a specific small-caps glyph isn’t going to come up 90% of the time), so I put together a list of the latter as well.
1. I have not closely examined most of the fonts on this list. The only qualifiers are that a. it’s released under an open license, and b. small-caps glyphs of some description actually appear when the “smcp” OpenType feature is enabled. I make no promises that their small-caps glyphs don’t suck.
2. The greater part of these fonts do not assign their small-caps glyphs to Unicode code points, so there’s no way to explicitly select a particular small-caps glyph. Like I noted above, this isn’t going to come up 90% of the time, but if it does, don’t say I didn’t warn you!

* These fonts support explicit selection of specific small-caps glyphs by using the relevant Unicode code points in addition to automatic glyph substitution
I’m also going to include a few amusing oddities I encountered while putting the list together:
Benne – Small-caps glyphs are simply a full second copy of the lowercase glyphs
Corben – Reports that the bold variant has small-caps support, while the regular-weight version does not; the bold small-caps appear to be scaled down versions of the regular capital glyphs
Crimson Text – Only the non-bold italic variant reports small-caps support, while all other variants do not; possibly mis-tagged?
Doppio One – Enabling small-caps glyph substitution inexplicably transforms every character into a pencil emoji
Habibi – Enabling small-caps glyph substitution causes all lowercase characters to vanish entirely
Jura – Only the vowels have small-caps glyphs; I’m not sure what the intended application for this is
Patrick Hand – Whoever assembled this one appears to have had a slightly eccentric understanding of what “small caps” means; enabling small-caps glyph substitution replaces the capital letters with small-caps, while leaving the lowercase letters untouched!
