Similar to that last ask you got, I saw you community post, and while I havent joined that community, I wanted to suggest Ravenous (1999)! One of my favorite instances of a protagonist just soaked in blood, and a great film overall :)

I couldn't respond bc I am not part of the community, but if you're looking for practical effects where the protag is drenched in blood by the end, may I humbly recommend Iron Lung, which broke the record for most fake blood used in a film? :3

it's alright since it's casual, thanks for telling me! i've seen iron lung and played the game back in 2024, but the film was great! one of my favorite examples of the aforementioned trope. : ]
