Okay, I don’t know how many of those 483 followers are still around or even functional blogs at this point, but I thought I’d drop in. It’s been a long time, three years in fact (!!!), since I’ve logged onto this blog. It took a lot of old email restorations and finding loopholes in where I put all my old information, but I did it. I’m here. Hello.

This is not necessarily a return to the blog, but I figured I’d pop by anyway to see how things were going. Gunnar is still a very dear figure to me all these years later, which is why he’s making his triumphant return soon, but not in the way you’d think.

I’m starting the story over, and doing it the right way, in a comic I’ve wanted to make since Gunnar’s conceptualization in 2011. I’m fixing the plotholes and rewriting everything from the ground up, but he’s not forgotten, and neither are all the good times I had here. If you still remember him, thank you, and maybe we’ll see him again sooner rather than later.

Thank you for bearing with the mod and myself. Things have been dramatic on the home front as of late, not to mention the rampant fourth wall breaking right now...doesn’t exactly help.

Hmm...Depends on context. If I just wanted to make someone feel bad, I’d make fun of a physical feature, but if we’re going for full on retaliation? We’re going for the psyche. Therefore:

Nailed it! I’m gonna hit the centennial mark this year, but if you want to forget the fact that I was in cryostasis for a while, I’m technically, what, 49?

And I actually just pulled a dry erase marker out of my drawer because I couldn’t find a pen.

I am, and was, right-handed. My right arm is the one that was maimed.

He was a good man. After our Chaos force broke, though...he changed. Miles has an interesting theory that I think you might enjoy. He theorizes that Sonic and I traded a bit of our essences after the global shift. I loosened up a bit, though I thank my wife for a lot of that, and Sonic...hardened. He got a bit more stoic in his last years. More into a morally grey area, like I used to be.

He and our Amy were almost a thing there, for a while. She passed soon after he did, from denial. Wandered out into the wastes, and we just plain never saw her again. We assume she froze out there.
