my name is gala. beginner artist, alleged writer, aficionado of the cosmically strange and grotesque. i post about fandom aus + ocs and feminism. star-struck reviewers have called me "intoxicatingly charming" and "unforgivably disgusting". english/español ok!
i am bigender and go by he/she pronouns. i like it best when you use both for me, but if you find it convenient to only use one set in a specific situation, whether it be for clarity or consistency, i have a slight preference for masculine pronouns [he/him/his] and feminine gendered honorifics [ms, maam]. please don't refer to me with they/them pronouns!
i am mentally ill and currently trapped in an abusive and exploitative, non-traditional religious situation. because of this i am not always "reasonable" or "level headed" on the computer, and for this i ask you to forgive me. i try my hardest to be kind but i am occasionally overcome by my own irrational thoughts and erratic emotions.
i am currently most interested in the kirby franchise, more specifically its 2001 anime adaptation and the "forgotten land" installment. thus, it has become the primary subject of my creative endeavors, which you can look through on my blog and my writing archive. note that while i am actively working to improve my visual art, i consider myself a writer at heart and therefore put the most effort into my fanfictions. my specialties are psychological drama and body horror.
other interests include homestuck and arthurian literature. i'd love to chat about them!

you may "ship" any of my characters however you like [assuming they are of legal age and hold no familial relation]. people do this all the time and i am fine with it. i think it would be silly to place restrictions on the imaginations of my readers.
i am ok with fanart of my stories/characters :] and i love making it for my friends!
