I’m stuffed, soft, and so full it shows. I haven’t stopped eating all week, and honestly? It’s paying off. I’ve gotten so much bigger, heavier, and more comfortable taking up space.

# Not too soon.

That tiny glimpse of flesh, that teasing little bit of belly peaking out just under the bottom of a top. Hanging just over the waistband, hinting at the girthy tummy underneath.

one of your stuffings leaves you more ravenous than more. rather than feeling sated and satisfied, you become even hungrier. your belly is soooo full. you risk getting sick if you ate more. but your brain feels on fire! all you can think is caught in the drum beat, more. More. MORE. you pass out surrounded by wrappers and empty plates, crumbs and sauce and stains all over your mouth and tight t shirt.

the next morning, that brain on fire feeling is the first thing you're conscious of. you lumber to the kitchen to shove pop tarts in your mouth while you await bread toasting that will slather a thick layer of salted butter and jam over. your day continues this way. and the next. and all that week...

months pass. you don't even roll over in bed before your thickened fingers are tapping at the delivery app to leave steaming piles of carbs at your door. clothes fitting is the dream of the past. how long before you snap out of it? will you ever?
