the little things:

[f.] sent us the video he made about our toulouse trip and it's amazing and hilarious

retrospectively glad i went to my uncle's birthday. as awkward as it might have been at first, it was wonderful, brought me closer to my cousins and i saw some beautiful scenery

met a lot of [e.]'s friends and we had a great time celebrating her birthday + it brought me a bit closer to [l.] and [a.] i think. idk it was really just a wonderful group and we did a lot of various activities and ate great food (i need to learn how to bake focaccias) and played games and talked about queer love and i felt happy.

saw the sunrise and many sunsets + the eclipse at the beach + an incredible starry sky with shooting stars on monday and wednesday

[ -> discovered the pleiades open cluster and love it. it looks like sky's stars when a friend has sent you a heart ]

heard many birds + actually went on a birding outing and it was great even though we didn't see the local legend because there was too much fog. + the guides were very nice

[ -> birds i saw for the first time: oystercatcher / sandpiper / ringed plovers (they are SO cute) / little egret / male stonechat feeding its young / zitting cisticola & sedge warbler <- i confuse those two a bit / white wagtails / pipits ] -> i hauve to buy binoculars

lost my ring and walked all the way back to where i thought it might have fallen and actually found it, waiting for me on a large rock

the taste of canned peas & boiled carrots and the childhood memories it brings

bringing a first wave of stuff to my new appartment tomorrow, very excited
