reminds me of my day off last month working at the music festival and i ran into a couple of friends in town and wandered around with them for a while, including into a record store with a big selection of cds (i don't own a record player lol) for like $2-3 each. i wasn't even planning on getting anything but then i found the shelf of classical and opera and it was over for me...i walked out of there with a two disc collection of gottschalk, a mozart cd including the clarinet concerto, and a cd of copland and gershwin conducted by bernstein for like $10 it was magical

here is my dog being particularly naughty. he nabbed a corn puff and we had to use a tiny piece of sausage to bribe him to drop whatever hadn’t dissolved already.

do you have a favorite dessert in particular? i think i like coffee cake OR cheesecake :)

hmmm well i love a fancy dessert at a fancy restaurant made by a fancy pastry chef bc they're all so unique and delicately crafted and it's stuff i'd never be able to make myself. buuuuut if i had to pick like one singular dessert In Particular that is my all time fave it might just be pumpkin pie, in particular my mom's recipe for a no-bake pumpkin pie. graham cracker crumb crust and a silky yet set pumpkin custard filling w a generous dollop of orange whipped cream on top and it's to DIE for bro. worth all the effort to make and it doesn't even need to be autumn i make that shit in the dead of summer and eat the entire thing in three days flat
