The interpretations are just, so incredibly good! I have a thing for absolute chemistry between performers and also new ways of exploring interpretation of classical pieces, so.

This Leporello and Don Giovanni have one very special dynamic that I don't think I've seen before, or at least, not that well performed™

I'd love to tag Nahuel Di Pierro in this one, but, aaaa,,, i just can't anymore. If he ever sees this. Hope he likes it.

and for the one that broke me:

Probably because you’re supposed to finely shred a very large amount of cabbage, put it into the soup, bring to a boil, then simmer for an hour.

No. You simmer the stuff that needs simmered to make the broth Good, THEN add the finely shredded cabbage, bring to a vigorous boil, put on the lid, and TAKE THE POT OFF THE HEAT. It will be done in 15 minutes if you don’t remove the lid. If you overcook cabbage, it turns sulfurous!

Also, if you are not used to eating lots of fiber-rich food, you may have gas for the first few meals because your intestinal microbial beasties are trying to cope with a more robust diet than they are used to. So if you are not used to eating cabbage soup, have small bowls of this soup with slices of crusty bread, or put a couple handfuls of diced potatoes or small shell pasta in at the same time as the cabbage for a one-pot meal.
