NPC that acts like an anomaly but isn't (hunched and twitches) and she's an obsessive fan of Barney's.

Your first encounter with her is around the same time Barney hides with you. She will stand outside of the hospital and watch, and when you interact with her she'll run away. The player has a 180 second time frame to interact with her or her route will not happen.

On the second encounter, she will ask the player for maple syrup and if you've seen Barney. If you tell her, she will thank the player and promise to give you a "little gift".

On her third and final scripted encounter, she will stand outside the hospital door with a moustache and tell the player she " can't thank you enough" and give the player a teddy bear which can be used to revive other players. She then tells you that she will come back once in a while to give you more " little gifts".

She provides the player with items such as guns, coffee and teddy bears at a cheaper price than inside of the hospital store, but in return, the player loses -2 sanity points after every purchase
